No Cash Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.
- Online orders get 15 days for a refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy:
- We offer 15 day free exchanges . For a refund to the original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
- We ask that you wear underwear when you first try on your purchase as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.
How to Return or Exchange
- Please bring the item(s) to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you are returning the item(s) by mail, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
Issuance of Gift Card
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or gift card.
- Approved returns will be processed, and a gift card will be issued within 7 business days.
Non-Qualifying Items
- Any item(s) returned that do not meet our return criteria, including bodysuits, seamless shapers, thongs, underwear, or any other undergarments, will be sent back to you.
Q: Who Is Responsible For Covering the Shipping Costs Of The Exchange?
A: We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange, but any additional exchanges will be at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer when providing shipping information, and any extra fees for international shipping must be covered by the customer. We also cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or additional fees imposed by other countries. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. While exchanges are covered, return shipments will have the return label fee deducted from the refund.
Q: What happens after my exchanged item is received?
A: Once an exchange is approved, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery times vary by state, typically ranging from 2 to 5 working days. If you need faster delivery, any additional charges will be covered by you. Payments for all orders can be made using a debit or credit card, or in cash when using COD (Cash On Delivery). If a COD package is not returned to us due to the client’s fault, the client will be responsible for covering the associated costs.
