Refund Policy

At Rosy's Shapers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please take a moment to review our refund policy:

No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.
  • Online orders get 15 days for a refund or exchange.

    Exchange Policy:

    • We offer 15 day free exchanges . For a refund to the original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will apply. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
    • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
    • We ask that you wear underwear when you first try on your purchase as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use.

    How to Return or Exchange

    • Please bring the item(s) to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • If you are returning the item(s) by mail, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.

    Issuance of Gift Card

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or gift card.
    • Approved returns will be processed, and a gift card will be issued within 7 business days.

    Non-Qualifying Items

    • Any item(s) returned that do not meet our return criteria, including bodysuits, seamless shapers, thongs, underwear, or any other undergarments, will be sent back to you.

     

    Q: What conditions can stop me from making a successful exchange?
    A:  We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product label has been removed, the product has been used or shows any signs of wear, or if it’s damaged from trying it on (such as fabric being pierced by fingernails, rings, or other objects). Additionally, if the interior of the garment shows signs of being worn without undergarments (like stains), it will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons. Products missing their original packaging or any parts from a set are also ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, all seamless garments, including Magic Siluette and Body Siluette products, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is returned and not accepted for exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.  

     

    Q: Who Is Responsible For Covering the Shipping Costs Of The Exchange?

    A: We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange, but any additional exchanges will be at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer when providing shipping information, and any extra fees for international shipping must be covered by the customer. We also cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or additional fees imposed by other countries. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. While exchanges are covered, return shipments will have the return label fee deducted from the refund.

     

    Q: What happens after my exchanged item is received?

    A: Once an exchange is approved, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery times vary by state, typically ranging from 2 to 5 working days. If you need faster delivery, any additional charges will be covered by you. Payments for all orders can be made using a debit or credit card, or in cash when using COD (Cash On Delivery). If a COD package is not returned to us due to the client’s fault, the client will be responsible for covering the associated costs.

    Q: Why Hasn’t The Exchange Order Been Dispatched?
    A: We will always notify you by email or telephone if your order cannot be shipped. This could happen if your credit card was not approved, if the product is unavailable, or if the address you provided is invalid. Additionally, if a customer frequently orders products to justify returns, we reserve the right not to fulfill exchanges. We also reserve the right to decline exchanges or returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.
    Q: Can You Change Or Cancel An Order?
    A: Yes! You can cancel or change an order at any time by e-mail, telephone or fax, as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Once the product has been shipped, no changes or order cancellations are possible.
    Additional Terms For In Store Purchases
    WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
    If you purchase a shaper in store you may exchange your purchase for a different shaper or a different product.  we do nor refund money, we only do exchanges for another product or for a Rosy's Shapers Gift Card that can be used for purchases at a later time.  Gift Card can be used to pay fopr any other product sold in the store.  Gift cards are not refundable.
