1. Written Authorization Required for All Returns & Exchanges
All return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within the allowed return period.
Requests may be submitted through one of the following documented methods:
• Email to our customer service team • Website contact form or online return request form • Website chat by pressing the chat icon on our website
Verbal requests, phone conversations, or in-store discussions alone do not constitute an official return or exchange request.
Customers must receive written authorization and instructions from Rosy’s Shapers before bringing or sending any merchandise back.
Items brought to the store or mailed without prior written authorization may not be accepted.
Failure to submit a return or exchange request in writing within the allowed timeframe may result in the request being denied.
This documentation process ensures that all requests are properly recorded and handled fairly while protecting both the customer and the merchant.
2. Online Orders (Shipped or In-Store Pickup)
Online orders are eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery or pickup, provided they meet the condition requirements outlined below.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds to the original payment method are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We offer one complimentary exchange per order. Additional exchanges may require shipping fees.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for in-store purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Condition Requirements (All Orders)
To qualify for return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn • Be unwashed • Be in original condition • Have all tags and liners attached • Show no signs of wear, odor, stretching, stains, makeup, or damage
We recommend trying garments on over clean undergarments.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our condition requirements will not be approved and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Post-Operative Compression Garments
Post-operative compression garments are considered hygiene-sensitive intimate apparel.
Due to the nature of these garments:
• They are worn directly against the body • They cannot be restocked once worn • Worn garments are not eligible for return or exchange
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us prior to purchase for sizing assistance.
6. Non-Qualifying Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if worn:
• Seamless shapers • Bodysuits • Thongs • Underwear • Intimate garments • Items missing original packaging or set components
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
Once an order has shipped or been picked up, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rosy’s Shapers is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered • International customs fees or delays
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, reshipping fees may apply.
9. Inspection & Merchant Discretion
Rosy’s Shapers reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
We also reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated return abuse, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

It's not what I expected. The compression is not good, it is very reduced from the lower part. And it doesn't do that shaping work that definitely promises the best Colombian girdle brand is M&D
Really hard to find one that does compression like this one it is a little harder to use the restroom since the opening is a little smaller but overall love it
The photo shows adjustable straps for the shoulders. What arrived was solid straps that I had to have altered to fix. I contacted them with the issue and never heard back. The shaper is amazing and worth it once altered for me. However I knew that before purchasing. I only ordered here because the shoulders looked adjustable.
