At Rosy’s Shapers, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been prepared and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders selected for in-store pickup will receive notification once ready.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout; however, these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Rosy’s Shapers is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other events outside of our control once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
Rosy’s Shapers is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
• Delays caused by incorrect contact information
• Additional shipping fees due to returned packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees may apply.
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Rosy’s Shapers considers the order fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Delivery to apartment mailrooms or front desks
• Delivery to shared addresses
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate delivery issues once marked delivered.
In-Store Pickup
For orders placed with in-store pickup:
• Customers must present valid identification
• Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe
• Once picked up, the order is considered fulfilled
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on the shipping method selected.
Claims related to lost or damaged shipments must be filed within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Rosy’s Shapers is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
