Online Store Terms

Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to display product colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors or textures.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services offered.
Post-Operative Compression Garments
Many products sold by Rosy’s Shapers are post-operative compression garments and intimate wear items.
These garments:
• Are worn directly against the body
• Are considered hygiene-sensitive
• Cannot be restocked once worn
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and following all care instructions.
Results from use of compression garments may vary by individual. Rosy’s Shapers does not guarantee specific body-shaping or cosmetic outcomes.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Payment authorization issues
• Violation of store policies
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
Once fulfilled or picked up, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our posted Return & Exchange Policy.
Post-operative compression garments are hygiene-sensitive items and must remain unworn and in original condition to qualify for exchange where permitted.
All return or exchange requests must be initiated through our online return authorization process or by contacting customer service prior to returning any merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, Rosy’s Shapers is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside of our control.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Limitation of Liability
Rosy’s Shapers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Use of all products is at the customer’s discretion and risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rosy’s Shapers harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
