Refund & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: Rosy's Shapers does not offer refunds once an order has been shipped, delivered, picked up, or purchased in-store.
Eligible items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery, pickup, or purchase, provided they meet all condition requirements outlined in this policy.
Orders may only be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped or prepared for pickup.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
1. Exchange & Store Credit Requests
All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery, pickup, or purchase.
Requests may be initiated through one of the following methods:
• In person at any Rosy's Shapers retail location
• Email to our customer service team
• Website contact form or online return request form
• Website chat by clicking the chat icon on our website
Customers returning merchandise by mail must first receive authorization and instructions from Rosy's Shapers before sending any items back.
Items mailed without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Failure to initiate an exchange or store credit request within the allowed timeframe may result in the request being denied.
2. Online Orders (Shipped or In-Store Pickup)
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
Once an order has been shipped or picked up, refunds to the original payment method will not be issued.
Eligible merchandise may qualify for a one-time exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item meets all condition requirements outlined in this policy.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and does not expire.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise specified.
3. In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for in-store purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Condition Requirements (All Orders)
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:
• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Have all tags and liners attached
• Show no signs of wear, odor, stretching, stains, makeup, damage, or alterations
We recommend trying garments on over clean undergarments.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be approved and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Final Sale & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:
• Seamless shapers
• Bodysuits
• Thongs
• Underwear
• Intimate garments
• Products marked as Final Sale
• Items missing original packaging or set components
Due to the nature of these garments and fabrics, they cannot be restocked or resold once purchased.
6. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rosy's Shapers is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• International customs fees, duties, or delays
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Inspection & Merchant Discretion
Rosy's Shapers reserves the right to deny any exchange or store credit request that does not comply with this policy.
We also reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated return abuse, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
