Today I felt like taking a loot at little things we can do everyday that can have big impacts on our confidence and make us feel more comfortable in our skin. Body confidence is something we have to build day by day through small intentional habits.
Here are four habits to start today:
1. Stand Taller
Good posture instantly changes how you’re perceived and how you feel. Standing tall with your shoulders back not only makes you look more confident, it also improves breathing and circulation.
Bonus: certain fajas offer posture support to make this effortless. (I know this is something I struggle to remind myself of so when I wear a faja I don't have to think about it!)
2. Move Your Body Daily
This isn’t about weight loss. Movement, whether it’s a workout, a walk, or dancing in your kitchen, releases endorphins and helps you feel strong in your body. Move that thing!
3. Speak Kindly to Yourself
Your inner voice is powerful. Replace “I hate my…” with “I love how my…” or “I’m grateful for my…” Shifting your self-talk can completely transform your mindset over time. It can also create positive habits of self love and self-confidence.
4. Use Tools That Make You Feel Your Best
Confidence often comes from feeling polished and put together. That could be a bold lipstick, your favorite jeans, or yes a faja that smooths and supports you under your clothes. These tools don’t define your worth, but they can help you step out with extra assurance.
Small Steps, Big Impact
Going from self-conscious to self-assured isn’t about perfection, it’s about choosing small habits that help you feel more aligned, more comfortable, and more confident in your own skin. Start with one, then add more as they become second nature. Just shooting to be 1% better every day will have a huge impact in the long term.
