Ideally you should try on your purchased Faja in the store fitting room. To make sure the Faja is what you're looking for, that is the correct size and that you're happy with the look and feel of it. For hygiene purposes you will be supplied with disposable under ware before you try on Faja.
Taking Faja Home to Try-On
If you take your faja home to try on, we recommend to shower before trying on the shaper. Do not put any deodorant on, make up, talcum-powder or anything that might stain the garment.
To minimize the possibility of a rejection of exchange, please try-on garment over underwear.
If exchanging Faja make sure it is folded neatly and not wrinkled in a way that the shaper does not appear to be new upon return.
What Conditions Can Stop You From Making A Successful Exchange?
If the product was tried-on in store and left with it on (used).
If the product label has been removed.
If the product was used or shows signs of being used.
If the product is damaged as a result of trying on the garment (piercing the fabric with fingernails, rings or other similar objects, or lace is ripped).
If the interior of the garment shows signs of being worn without undergarment (stains); for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under these conditions.
If you no longer have the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
If the product includes two or more pieces and any of them are missing.
If the garment is returned wrinkled in such a way that it does not appear to be new.
We do not accept exchanges on the following products
Seamless Shapers, Body Blouses and Jumpers are NOT Exchangeable and are final sale.
Discounted Merchandise (ON SALE) is not exchangeable and is final sale.
Thermal Waist Trainers and Clinchers (sweat products) are not exchangeable.
For hygiene and health reasons we do not exchange used garments.
